Leslie is a 1951 graduate of Chatham Twp. Consolidated High School in Little Marsh, Pa. He graduated in 1955 from Penn State University. Leslie was the Athletic Director at Cowanesque Valley High School for 18 years. He served on the Tioga County Hall of Fame Committee for many years.
